Emerald Amulet

The Emerald Amulet is a cool green stone hung on a gold chain, made for the Vanguard alone. It raises maximum mana and mana regeneration, and it hangs where it can be seen, over the chest. It can also turn up carrying extra bonuses of its own.

Usage

Every Vanguard ability costs mana, so the Emerald Amulet suits a Vanguard who leans on them. The extra mana lets a fight open with more abilities in a row, and the faster regeneration brings Whirlwind, Battle Trance and Sunder back into reach sooner after the pool runs dry.

Its extra bonuses roll from the jewelry pool every ring and amulet shares, so a lucky amulet can add health, resistances or more mana on top.

How to Obtain

• Drops: Any enemy or chest may drop an Emerald Amulet.
• Merchant: The Merchant may stock the Emerald Amulet.

Tips

• Only the Vanguard can wear it. A Chevalier who finds one can still sell it to the Merchant.
• Mana regeneration works all the time, so the amulet pays off between fights as well as during them.
• There is one neck slot, so it takes the place of any other amulet or necklace.
